Who We Are

PSC Integrity (Pty) Ltd was registered in 2009. We first became a SANAS Approved Inspection Authority for in-service inspections in 2011 and later on in 2014 as an AIA for new manufacturing, both. Our overall quality assurance objective is aligned to the requirements of ISO 9001 and SANSA LVUP 084. PSC Integrity is a company structured to undertake in-service and fabrication inspections. These services are designed to minimise the risk to our clients and to ensure legal compliance. We have clients in the Chemical, Petro Chemical, Food & Beverage, Mining, Transport and Power Generation sectors. We also provide industry failure investigation services; consult on Risk-Based Inspection and extensions of normal inspection schedules for Hydro testing and internal inspections within the rules of the Pressure Equipment Regulations.

Fabrication Authority

PSC Integrity specialises in serving the fabrication industry to obtain Approved Inspection Authority approval on fabrication, modification and repaired pressure vessels, steam generators and process piping. This service is also provided to end-users performing fabrications, modifications and repairs on site. We pride ourselves in that we are positioned in the market to assist with breakdown services at any given time. We also provide welding procedure and welder qualification services to the industry to most recognised safety standards. Our in-house professional Engineer will perform design verification on mechanical designs and drawings for pressure vessel and process piping as required by SANS 347. Our resource pool allows us to perform and manage all aspects of inspections on owner user pressure equipment and all fabrication projects relating to pressure systems, storage tanks, mechanical structures and the likes thereof.

Since late 2020, PSC Integrity has embarked on a new business venture. The team geared up and has put together a competent team of auditors to run certification advisory services.
This new venture resulted from continuous request from clients for assistance with legal and well as ISO compliance.
The pool of PSC auditors has diverse experience from various industries such as Nuclear, Marine, Manufacturing and Testing and Inspection. This enables us to offer our services to a broad spectrum of clients.
Our PSC Integrity auditors will consult and prepare your company for your industry specific certifications, as well as establishing AIA Manufacturing or reviewing your current systems at an affordable rate.PSC Integrity offers various packages tailored to your certifications needs.


ISO 9001:2015 QUALITY

ISO 9001:2015 sets out the criteria for a quality management system and has become a mandatory requirement for to certify to the standard. This allows a company the peace of mind that the processes have been reviewed and align to international standards.


ISO 45001:2018 offers your company a framework of occupational health and safety management systems that improve employee safety, reduce workplace risks, and create better and safer working conditions.


The ISO 14001:2015 specifies the requirements for an environmental management system that an organisation can use to enhance its environmental performance. The certification is intended for use by an organisation seeking to manage its environmental responsibilities in a systematic manner that contributes to environmental sustainability. The standard connects to the requirements of the law and therefore offers the assurance of compliance with these requirements.


ISO 55001:2014 specifies requirements for an asset management system within the context of the organization. The certification can be applied to all types of assets and by all types and sizes of organizations.

Key Leadership


Pierre de la Guerre is the in-service technical manager for PSC Integrity. He started his inspection career in 2008 and joined the PSC team in 2016. Pierre holds various local and international certifications and qualifications from the SAIW and the American Petroleum Institute. He has vast experience of Risk Based Inspection Programs.
